2. Server Description

SlimeCube Network operates a Survival Multiplayer Minecraft Java Edition server, featuring: - Survival gameplay mechanics
- Player-driven economy system
- In-game currency and trading
- Slimefun with advanced crafting and machinery
- Community-based multiplayer experience

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account.
- You must not share your account credentials with others.
- You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Information

- You must provide accurate information when requested.
- You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.
- False information may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You are agree for what is written in our Rulebook, and you are agree to apply common-sense in our server. If it feels wrong, it really is.

5. Economy and In-Game Currency

5.1 Virtual Economy

- All in-game currency and items have no real-world monetary value.
- We do not guarantee the permanence of virtual items or currency.
- Economic resets may occur for server balance or technical reasons.
- Trading and transactions are at your own risk.

5.2 Economic Fair Play

- Market manipulation and price fixing are prohibited.
- All transactions must be conducted in good faith.
- Scamming or fraudulent trading will result in penalties.
- Staff reserves the right to reverse fraudulent transactions.

6. Server Badges

6.1 About Badges

- Badges are permanent.
- Transfers between players are subject to a fee of $1.00 or Rp 10,000, including special badges.
- Players can claim badges after the season change for free.
- Players with badges above nebula cannot claim rank voters.
- To claim a special badges, you must create a ticket at our Discord Server.

6.2 Custom Badges

- Cannot resemble existing custom badges.
- Cannot use the names of owners, administrators, staff, or helpers.
- Cannot use names related to NSFW content.
- Cannot use names identical to those of political, religious, or banned organizations.

6.3 Item Request from Badge Purchases

- Applies to Hinotori Badge or Above.
- Nuggets from Supreme Quarry and Thornium Quarry cannot be requested.
- Item Request are not valid after the season change.
- If you upgraded your rank the Item Request Quota only be added matching/according to the badge perks.

7. Server Availability and Modifications

7.1 Service Availability

- We strive to maintain server uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.
- We are not liable for losses due to server downtime or technical issues.

7.2 Server Modifications

- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue server features.
- Plugin updates or changes may affect gameplay mechanics.
- No compensation will be provided for changes to server features.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

8.1 Data Collection

- Our data collection practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to data collection as described.
- We collect gameplay data to improve server functionality and enforce rules.

8.2 Communication Monitoring

- All in-game communications may be logged and monitored.

- Private messages are not guaranteed to be private from staff review.

- We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
- Virtual items and progress may be lost due to technical issues.

9.2 Liability Limits

- Our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
- We are not responsible for losses of virtual items, currency, or progress.
- Players use our services at their own risk.

- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
